About the service

Story Wizard creates a personalised children's storybook from an idea you provide, and can print and post it to you. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Please use friendly, age-appropriate story ideas. We may decline to produce content that is unsuitable.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and include delivery within the UK. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at the time of order.

Personalised products and refunds

Each book is made to order and personalised, so it cannot usually be returned simply because you changed your mind. If your book arrives faulty or damaged, contact [EMAIL] within [PERIOD] and we will reprint or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Content and rights

You keep the right to enjoy your finished book for personal use. The story and illustrations are generated for your order. Please don't resell or mass-reproduce them.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but to the extent permitted by law are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
